About Us

2003 was the year that I, Carrie Earl began to help contractors and individuals save money, or organize their files, emails, desktops, while listening to what was going on. 

As time went on, I learned that I love to help people set their goals and accomplish their tasks along the way, while learning I have a gift of looking at things while differently creating a system of solutions for them. The strategies that  I developed for many are all "stepping stones" to reach their goal.

As time went on, I began to see a need for small businesses - a "back office". Someone, or a team to accomplish many of their "business" tasks. These tasks could take 4-6 hours a week, that the owners or staff simply didn't have time or the skills to do. 

At this point, our company name was fairly simple and IRS "approved." Then one day, I stated something that I always stated. I truly believe this to this day. I am always happy to help. So in 2013, Earl Enterprise became Happy2Assist. 

Since then, we have grown our team and our business support from organizing, books, communications, strategizing and so much more.

As time has gone, we have built strategies and watched companies grow, and helped individuals get to a better place. We pride ourselves on an open dialogue that is straight forward, but nice. 

Happy2Assist has assisted multiple companies grow from 1 or 2 employees to having departments, and financially have assisted business owners barely have a paycheck to having a secure feeling they are getting paid their worth.  But most of all, our past shows we have cared for every business, and person as if they are our family and have witnessed and assisted in their successes along the way.

Our team is your team! That is truly how we feel. We are your partner as you go through your success journey.

Carrie Earl

Carrie is a strategist, who creates a map for your success. "If there is a will, there is a way," and "Slow and steady wins the race." These are two mottos she goes by. 

Through consulting and vision, she will get you to where you want to be. She has many other skills from her twenty-plus years in business consisting of networking, communication (listening and mediating situations), books, social media, and writing. Most of all she will get you where you want to be.

Julie Billings

 Julie wears many hats, and steps in whenever needed. She heads our Zoom Concierge service where she is our head "Zoom-ologist." She is a wealth of information and resources which helps us guide businesses in the right direction. She has complimented Happy2Assist with her positive, refreshing personality that our clients love. Her out-of-the-box thinking has given our clients a breath of fresh air when the situation was not as great as they wanted it to be.

Crystal Brown

Crystal is always working with you on your social media and bookkeeping while answering the phone lines. She is a bright smile and cheerful voice to help you with your needs.

Carly Stone

Carly is one of our talented writers and focuses on newsletters, and social media packages. Photography is one of her many talents of which she does social media shoots for many of our clients. 

The Rest Our Team

If you hear us talk about Michele, Lisa, or Jessica, just know they are amazing. Sometimes we have "projects" that require more than our core four. The individuals that work with us during that time have the ability to  "Jumping in" when needed. 

They assist us with events, or large projects where we need "more hands on deck."
