Who are we?

2003 was the year that I, Carrie Earl, began to help contractors and individuals with their needs. I assisted with tasks ranging from basic budgeting of finances to organizing their files, emails, and desktops. This gave me opportunities to observe how they operated and provide them with helpful feedback based in my business experience.

As time went on, I learned that I love to help people set their goals and accomplish their tasks along the way. I learned that I have a unique gift for looking at things differently and using that out-of-the-box thinking to create a system of personalized solutions. I have been able to help many clients by developing "stepping stone" strategies that help reach desired goals.

As time went on, I began to see a "back-office" need for small businesses. These businesses did not a new hire. They needed help filling gaps on task completion. These tasks could take 4-6 hours a week, that the owners or staff simply didn't have time or the skills to do. 

At this point, our company name was fairly simple and IRS "approved." Then one day, I stated something that I always stated. I truly believe this to this day. I am always happy to help. So in 2013, Earl Enterprise became Happy2Assist. 

Since then, we have grown our team and our business support resources to meet business needs. We have learned and built intentional skills that span from organizing to books to communications, strategizing and so much more.

As time has gone on, we have built strategies for small businesses and watched as those companies have grown. We  helped individuals reach personal success. We pride ourselves on open dialogue that is straight forward, but kind. 

Happy2Assist has helped multiple companies grow from 1 or 2 employees to having entire departments. We have financially assisted business owners who were barely making a paycheck to having a secure feeling they are getting paid their worth.  But most of all, our experience shows we have cared for every business, and person as if they are our family and have witnessed and assisted in their successes along the way.

Our team is your team! That is truly how we feel. We are your partner as you go through your success journey.

Carrie Earl

Carrie is a strategist, who creates a map for your success. "If there is a will, there is a way," and "Slow and steady wins the race." These are two mottos she goes by. 

Through consulting and vision, she will get you to where you want to be. She has many other skills from her twenty-plus years in business consisting of networking, communication (listening and mediating situations), books, social media, and writing. Most of all she will get you where you want to be.

Crystal Brown

Crystal is our in-house designer with more than 20 years of design experience. She is always here to work with you on your social media, print work, website, SEO/SEM, copywriting, or other business needs.  She leads our Customer Care services, answering the phone lines and building relationships with your customers. She is a bright smile and cheerful voice to help you with your needs.

Marisa Mierek

Marisa is our bookkeeping extraordinaire! She is an expert in helping balance your financial books using the most up-to-date software and systems. She's also one of our incredible customer care agents. Marisa is a cheerful and kind voice who handles customers with the greatest care.
